The inn provides a welcome package for dogs that includes a bed, bowls, treats, a frisbee, and poop bags. Private cottages feature fenced yards for off-leash time, and the grounds include cleanup stations and disposal sites. A handwritten welcome note addressed to each pet accompanies the arrival supplies.
